Delivery by couriers takes place in 24/48 working hours, only for the islands the delivery times are 48 hours (for the disadvantaged resorts and the smaller islands the delivery times are about 3/7 working days).
We only use the best domestic express couriers: GLS TNT Global Express, Bartolini and UPS . The delivery of what is ordered will be carried out by the Courier to Street Level, on Working Days (from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.).
Delivery is made without notice (unless you purchased the appointment service available during the purchase process). We recommend that you provide an address where someone is always present for pickup (for example: the concierge of your building, your office, or at a neighbor you know is most present at home).
Couriers do not deliver to Post Boxes and Post Offices. In case of absence the Courier leaves a notice of passage; If you do not contact the courier at the phone number indicated on the passing notice, the courier, usually after an additional 2-3 business days, will make a new delivery attempt.
If this attempt fails, the shipment will go into storage and you will be contacted by our Customer Service with the aim of providing the Courier with more precise directions that can also meet your needs. In the event that it is impossible to contact you or even any return agreed with our Customer Service is impossible, we will cancel the order (termination of the contract), the return of the product to our warehouses and the next possible refund according to the payment method you choose.
